Shipping & Delivery

Overview

At Xtron Bikewear, we know you want your gear quickly and in perfect condition. We work with established UK and international couriers to make sure every order is dispatched promptly, packed properly and delivered with care.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse

During peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take an extra working day. We’ll let you know if there is any unexpected delay with your order.

UK Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services within mainland Great Britain. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery for orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays. The exact cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £50

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50, automatically applied at checkout. The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal (excluding any discounts or promotional codes already applied).

Click & Collect from Bradford

Local to Bradford or passing through? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our premises — free of charge. We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready to collect.

Collection Hours

• Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 – 15:30
• Thursday: 11:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 12:00 – 16:00
• Saturday & Sunday: by appointment only

Please bring your order confirmation and a form of photo ID when collecting.

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands

Deliveries to the following postcodes may take an additional 1–2 working days and may incur a surcharge for larger items:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB30+, IV, KW, PA20–PA80, PH, HS, ZE)
• Northern Ireland (BT)
• Isle of Man (IM)
• Channel Islands (JE, GY)
• Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41)
• Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)

Any applicable surcharge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Large & Bulky Items

Some larger products — such as paddock stands, motorcycle lifts, engine hoists and other workshop equipment — are sent on a pallet or specialist courier service. Delivery may take longer than standard items, and additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries across Europe and beyond. International delivery costs and timescales are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight and value of your order.

• Europe: typically 5–10 working days
• Rest of world: typically 7–14 working days

Customs duties and taxes: orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing:

• Your courier and tracking number
• A link to track your parcel in real time
• Estimated delivery date

You can also track orders by logging in to your account on the Website.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If you’re not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will normally:

• Leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions
• Attempt redelivery the next working day, or
• Hold the parcel at the local depot or a nearby pickup point

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we will refund the cost of the goods on receipt, but the original delivery charge and any return-to-sender fee may be deducted.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible
• Include your order number and clear photos of any damage
• Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved

For lost parcels, please allow the courier’s investigation period (usually up to 10 working days for UK and 21 days for international) before we can issue a replacement or refund.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address details. If you spot a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately — if your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you at the point of delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.
