We dispatch orders received before 9am on the same day, and for orders received after 9am, we dispatch them on the next working day. If you opt for our 24-hour delivery service and place your order before 1pm, we aim to dispatch your item on the same day, and for orders placed after 1pm, we dispatch the following working day.

Mainland UK addresses receive free postage, but postage is chargeable for those living in The Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and surrounding islands of the UK.

Please be aware that for customers outside of the UK, we do not take responsibility for any import VAT/Duty incurred upon the arrival of the goods in your country. It is essential to bear this in mind when placing your order.

If you haven't received your item within 7 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us, and we will investigate the matter for you. If the item is sent back to us by the delivery service, we will ask you to cover the cost of return postage as we have to resend it and incur a charge for the return.

We use Royal Mail to send smaller items, and we rely on couriers to ensure that parcels are delivered promptly and in good condition. In the rare event that a parcel takes longer than expected or is delivered damaged, we will do our best to ensure that a replacement item is sent out to you free of charge.

If an item is lost in the post, we will require you to sign a non-receipt of goods letter so that we can claim through the courier's insurance.
